SHIPPING & RETURNS

Question : How much will I pay for shipping?
Answer : Shipping is based on the number of products and the size of the products you purchase. You will see the shipping prices during the check out process before placing your order.



Question : How long will I have to wait for my delivery?
Answer : " Hunter Boot SA strives to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, the time it takes from when an order is placed until it is dispatched for delivery, is approximately 3-5 working days.  Some deliveries may take longer if your location is far from a Main City Centre.   For payment by deposit, no dispatch occurs until the money has cleared.

Approximate time taken from dispatch to the receipt of goods:

•    Main Centre - Express: 3 to 5 working days (From time of dispatch)
•    Regional Area - Express: 4 to 8 working days (From time of dispatch)

Should an order be particularly heavy or bulky, an additional working day may be required.

If an item is out of stock, an email notification containing a stock ETA will be sent to you. You will be given the option of either waiting for the item or requesting a refund. Approximate time taken from dispatch to the receipt of goods.



Question : What do I need to present when I accept my delivery?
Answer : You may be requested on delivery to produce your ID and / or credit card for fraud prevention purposes. Also please note deliveries will only take place during business hours unless special arrangements have been made.



Question : How do I track my order?
Answer : Once Hunter Boot SA has dispatched your order, we will send you an email containing the courier tracking number for your order. (We will also include our courier contact details).



SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Question : How do returns work?
Answer : Should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason, you may return the goods to Hunter Boot SA within seven days of receipt. You will then get a full refund for the item, however please note that we all direct costs incurred by Hunter Boot SA associated with the order such as actual delivery costs will be taken off the amount refunded to you.

The goods must be returned with all packaging, documentation and be undamaged in any way. A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods.

Question : Can I cancel my order? What happens if I am not happy with the product I receive?
Answer : According to the Distance Selling Act , you have 7 days to cancel your contract following the day of the arrival of the goods. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and in a re-saleable state. The goods remain YOUR responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.

If an order is cancelled/returned, a 15% handling fee will be levied to cover processing/handling costs.

If an unwanted product is returned and exchanged for a different product, you will be charged or refunded any price difference, and you will be charged for return shipping.
